Day 1

London - Xi'an

Take Tianjin Airline night non-stop flight to Xian. GS7988 LHR XIY 2200-1600+1 (11 HR)

Day 2

Xi'an

Arrive at 16:00. Airport pickup and transfer to your hotel at your own leisure. Accommodation: Skytel Hotel 4 star Included Meals: None

Day 3

Xi'an

Have breakfast and meet your local guide. Transfer to the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang is one of the greatest archaeological finds of the last century. Guarding the burial place is a vast Terracotta Army of 7000 life-sized figures, individually-crafted and complete with chariots and horses. Back to Xi’an city and transfer to Skytel Hotel (BLD). Accommodation: Skytel Hotel 4 star

Day 4

Xi'an - Kunming

Visit the Ming City Wall. Visit Muslim quarter and market. In the evening transfer to the airport and fly to Kunming. Private transfer from airport to the hotel (BLD). Flight: 8L9984 XIY KMG 2255-0110+1 Accommodation: Jinjiang Hotel 4 star

Day 5

Kunming

Visit Western Hill in the morning. Visit Kunming Flowers & Birds market, Old Town and Yuantong Temple in the afternoon. As one of China’s most diversified provinces, Yunnan is certainly one of China’s most alluring destinations. Yunnan is home to more than one-third of China’s ethnic minorities and over half of the country’s plant and animal species. The province is blessed by its mixture of traditional folk cultures as well as breathtaking scenery. Kunming, Yunnan’s capital, resides at an elevation of 1890m and boasts a milder climate than most other Chinese cities. Celebrated as the "Spring City," Kunming has neither severe winters nor extremely hot summers and can be visited at any time of the year (BLD). Accommodation: Jinjiang Hotel 4 star

Day 6

Kunming

Depart to Stone Forest for a morning visit. The truth is many visitors travel to Kunming just for Stone Forest which consists of thousands of narrow, fantastically- shaped pillars of rock scattered over an area of more than 100 sq. miles and is definitely unmissable (BLD). Accommodation: Jinjiang Hotel 4 star

Day 7

Kunming - Dali

Drive to Dali, lying between the Cangshan Mountain range and vast Erhai Lake, a relaxed place, popular for its charming landscape, mild climate and the hospitality of its people. Visit the Dinosaur Museum en-route, and enjoy a 2-night stay at the traditionally-styled Gurong Hotel or similar with its charming courtyard, home to an ancient Banyan tree. Dali is one of Yunnan's most popular tourist destinations, both for its historic sites and the “Foreigners' Street” that features western-style food, music, and English-speaking business owners, making it popular among both international and Chinese tourists (BLD). Day 8

Dali

Morning visit the famous Song Dynasty Three Pagodas, dating from the 9th century. Boat trip on the Erhai Lake. Return to the walled old town. Free time for own exploration (BLD). Accommodation: Gurong Hotel 4 star

Day 9

Dali - Lijiang

Visit Xizhou Old Town and morning market. Drive to Lijiang, nestled in a beautiful valley against the backdrop of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Stay at the Zen Garden Hotel, located in the heart of the old town. Visit Lijiang Old Town. Lijiang is a beautiful shining jewel on the Northwest Yunnan Plateau neighbouring the southeast side of the Tibetan Plateau which is considered to be the "Roof of the World". It is impressive because of its scenery and lush vegetation (BLD). Accommodation: Golden Path Hospitality Hotel

Day 10

Lijiang

Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (up to Yunshan Meadow by cable car). An afternoon visit to Yufeng monastery and Baisha Fresco (BLD). Accommodation: Golden Path Hospitality Hotel

Day 11

Lijiang - Guilin

Visit Black Dragon Pool Park and Dongba Museum. Transfer to airport and flight to Guilin via Kunming in the evening. On arrival in Guilin, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The beautiful landscapes around Guilin are renowned for inspiring Chinese poets and artists alike. The mountain views often appear as the subject of ink-scroll illustrations with the meandering Li River weaving its way through the scene. This area is one of the best in China for taking it easy and simply enjoying your beautiful surroundings (BLD). Day 12

Guilin - Longji Rice Terraces - Guilin

Take a day tour to Longji Rice Terraces, also known as Longsheng or the Dragon’s Backbone. This marvel of ancient agriculture is about two hours by road from Guilin. Resembling stairs cut into the hillside, the fields were constructed 500 years ago during the Ming Dynasty. Start your walk at the Zhuang village of Pingan for a trek of around three hours. Climb the steps through the terraces with the panorama gradually expanding until you reach the viewpoint at the top of the ridge. From here the trek becomes easier, tracing the contour around the natural bowl to a second viewpoint where you can drop back down to the village. As you walk look out for the local Yao women who grow their silky black hair to extreme lengths. Back to Guilin hotel (BLD). Accommodation: Lijiang Waterfall Hotel 5 star

Day 13

Guilin - Yangshuo

After breakfast transfer to Yangshuo. And enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Arrive Yangshuo. Browse through Yangshuo’s colourful shops and stay at the superb Yangshuo Resort. Admire impressive scenery at the sunset viewpoint. Optional evening spectacular son et Lumiere show on the river with extra cost 600 RMB (BLD). Accommodation: Yangshuo Resort 5 star

Day 14

Yangshuo - Guilin - Xi'an

Today you will visit one of the best cave in Guilin, Reed Flute Cave. Walk through the caverns admiring their improbably shaped stalactites and stalagmites illuminated by coloured lights. South China Sea Pearl, with a history of more than 2,000 years, is reputed as ‘The King of the Sea Pearls’. It is produced in Hepu County in the southern area of Guangxi Province. It is known as the best quality for its smoothness, roundness and natural lustre and was listed as the national treasure. In the museum, you may see an interesting presentation about how the pearls are cultivated and collected. It is the best place to see and purchase the South China Sea Pearl with very good quality and reasonable price. Then, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to Xian. Day 15

Xi'an - London

Spend the day at your own leisure and then transfer to the airport for your onward flight (B). Tianjin Airlines XIY LHR 15:15-20:00
